Message of the Head of the Department
As the Head of History, I envision a department that fosters a culture of excellence, diversity, and engagement in historical scholarship and teaching. My mission is to lead and support our faculty and students in pursuing innovative research, developing critical thinking and communication skills, and cultivating a global and historical perspective. I also aim to promote the relevance and value of history to the wider community and the public sphere.
