Functions

 

  • To disseminate the efforts and the achievements of the College, Students, Staff to the outer world through Website updates.
  • To identify to update academic, administrative and auxiliary functions.
  • To identify to enhance for all Programme offered by the institution are stated and displayed on website.
  • To identify strategic initiatives for the website and present it to governing body for review and updating.
  • To display core values, Vision & Mission Program outcomes, Program specific outcomes and course outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Convenor
  • To supervise all aspects of the website committee including updating content, training users, and troubleshooting technical issues for the College website.
  • To supervise and make recommendations to remove obsolete or add new features as needed.
  • To allocate the list of faculties & Students to make and utilize their knowledge and support to involve in Website Maintenance & Development Committee.
  • To coordinate with website committee faculty members, Technical Member to conduct the meetings, discussing about any website updating, taking suggestions from higher level or management for website updation.
  • To coordinate the Dept-wise website committee faculty members that the information from Dept-wise/college events to be collected with detailed programme & photographs through IQAC Connect QR Codes.
  • To coordinate the Web development technical member to place the data appropriately on the website.
  • To coordinate and updated the website regularly, For all the completed events, a detailed report along with photographs and report shall be submitted through IQAC Connect within 7 days of completion of the event/program. It is also required to mention the appropriate location where the information is to be hosted on the website.
Co-Convenor & Technical Members
  • To coordinate and updated the website regularly.
  • For all the completed events, a detailed report along with photographs, report and news-paper clippings to be verified, collected and converted in to appropriate formats, and also required to mention the appropriate location where the information is to be hosted on the website.
  • Dept-wise/college events to be collected with detailed programme & photographs from IQAC Connect Sheet.
  • To Maintain and manage the website data backup & restoring process for all the related college events, reports, photographs etc.
  • To identify and implement the website more effectively by using themes, and plug-in.
Faculty Members
  • To collect and follow up the data with photos from concerned event coordinators in Dept-wise or College events/programs conducted on dept-wise.
  • To verify the data collected from concerned event coordinators and make the data alignment or additions(if missing) with photos and final data to be submitted to website technical member through IQAC Connect.
  • To collect the final data from Department wise website committee faculty members, the website technical member & coordinator suggested if any requirements or modifications needed. After modifications then the data to be hosted in college website.
