Afeefa K. P. is a Guest Faculty at Govinda Pai Memorial Government College Manjeswaram in the Department of Commerce. Prior to her current role, she worked at Government Brennen College Thalassery. Afeefa has presented academic research papers in both national and international seminars. She is a dedicated Soft Skills and Communicative English Trainer, as well as an entrepreneur. In 2022, she achieved recognition as the proud winner of 'Samrambaka,' a women's entrepreneurship competition by the Malayalam entertainment Channel Flowers.
As the founder of 'She'll,' Afeefa has established a platform that nurtures women's entrepreneurial aspirations through collaboration. Her achievements also include being honored as a 'Best Trainer' by English Partner, a Mumbai-based language learning platform specializing in one-on-one training for enhancing English communication skills. With a Master's in Commerce and a UGC NET qualification, Afeefa effectively combines her expertise with her role as an Assistant Professor.
Known for her proficiency in conducting management fests, Afeefa has also collaborated with government agencies for soft skills and communication training.
